1L Shell Morlina S2 B 220
Shell Morlina S2 B 220 is an ISO VG 220 grade Bearing and Circulating Oil.
Shell Morlina S2 B oils are high performance oils designed to provide outstanding oxidation and water separation protection for most general industrial bearing and circulating oil system applications and certain other industrial applications which do not require oils with extreme pressure (EP) properties. These oils meet the requirements of the Morgan Construction Company and Danieli for common bearing oils.
This is a very thick oil. It is particularly suited to gearboxes that require oil to stick to vertical surfaces and gears which are not constantly immersed in lubricating oil, e.g systems that are splash/drip fed.
Please be aware that the oil that you receive may be slightly lighter in colour than displayed in the product image. This has been confirmed with Shell to be part of the normal variation of colour of base oil stocks found in this particular product range and is perfectly normal.
Please note that this oil is suitable for use in gearboxes containing yellow metal bushes/gears/bearings (typically bronze) where the use of gearbox oils containing EP additives would cause damage.
